TEEN SUMMER WRITERS INTENSIVE

Gloria Coles Flint Public Library, Friends Room, 1026 E. Kearsley St., Flint · 2-4 pm
Unleash your creativity in just one week! Join our Teen Writers Intensive and write your own story in mystery, horror, science-fiction, or fantasy. This summer camp is designed for young writers aged 13-18, providing guidance in writing, storytelling, and self-expression in a supportive, fun environment. Led by Connor Coyne, author and director of Flint’s Gothic Funk Press, this program offers personalized feedback and a chance to share your work with fellow teens. New writers are always welcome!

GOTHIC FUNK HANGOUT: POET AND WRITERS NIGHT

Once per month, Gothic Funk Press invites our friends to join us for some of the wonderful activities and events planned around the Greater Flint area. These events are not sponsored or organized by Gothic Funk Press, but give us a chance to meet in a more informal setting.
This month, we will enjoy emerging literary talent at Totem Books’ monthly Poet and Writers Night!
