Teen Writers’ Workshop at the Flint Public Library

The

TEEN

WRITERS’

WORKSHOP

Do you have a great story in your mind, aching to be told?

Do you care about something so much you want to tell people about it in just the right way?

Do you love words, rhythm, rhyming, and patterns?

Do you love language?

Students aged 11 to 19 are invited to join us at the Flint Public Library’s FREE teen writers’ workshop, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 4:30-6 PM. Facilitated by Connor Coyne, author and director of Flint’s Gothic Funk Press.

We’ll be writing at each session, learning about literature and publishing, and reading and critiquing each others’ work.

Feel free to bring your own writing, short stories, poetry, and essays OR just your imagination.
